Thanks for the call today. Here's the proposal.
Like we said, the audit comes first, then a plan you approve. Honestly I think the money right now is in your ad account and getting more people onto yearly, more than the page itself.
I'm totally flexible on the kind of work we do, whether that's more time on landing pages, ads or whatever it is. I'm here to help grow your business in the best way possible.
Each plan is a set number of hours a month, month to month. I'd go with Growth to start, for the reasons on the plans page.

What I've found so far
The app sells once people get to it. About 3 in 4 trials become paying members. The ads are the part that isn't pulling its weight yet, and you noticed it yourself on the call:
The campaign only retargets people who already watched your videos, engaged with your account or visited your site, so when your posts have a few slow days, ad orders drop with them. Here's what your own tracking shows:
- The page isn't the main leak. Once ad visitors see your prices, they start a trial about as often as everyone else (about 12 in 100, against 10 for your organic visitors from Instagram, Facebook and ManyChat).
- Where the ads show matters. More than half your ad visitors come from Instagram Stories, and only 15 in 100 of them reach your prices. From Facebook Reels it's 38, about the same as your organic visitors.
- Nobody has moved to yearly. None of your 134 monthly members has ever switched to yearly, likely because right now there's no way for them to do it.
I haven't seen Meta's own numbers yet, like what each placement costs. The audit covers those.
How the monthly plan works
Every plan starts the same way, with a 1 to 1.5 week audit. It ends with a ranked plan you approve, so we start on the best focus first. From there the hours go wherever they'll grow the business most.
- Your Meta ad account: spend by placement, the creatives, how often people see them, and how much the retargeting overlaps your followers
- Google Analytics and billing by source
- Your competitors' ads, funnels and yearly offers
- ManyChat and your Typeform quiz path, email capture, and your program pages
- Ad account fixes: where the ads show, and what Meta optimizes for
- A yearly path in Stripe: an upsell at checkout, a switch offer for monthly members, and a Black Friday yearly offer. I build the offer; you write and send the promo emails.
- New ads from your video library. You record the voiceovers.
- Website changes
- A weekly scorecard
- A small test to new audiences, so your ads bring in sales on their own
- Pages for your 10 programs, with your quiz sending people to the matching page
- A quiz on the site
- ManyChat improvements and DM ads
- An email popup for your search and Pinterest visitors
- Landing page tests
- Showing the coaching you already give members
Assumptions
- Kickoff is around Oct 27, and month one runs to Black Friday (Nov 27).
- You approve the plan and new ads within 2 business days.
- Anything for Black Friday that needs your voiceover or sign-off gets done before your Florida trip.
The three plans
You asked what each plan includes and how many hours it is. More hours means a cheaper hour, and every plan can work on anything on the two lists. Here's what each would likely get done in month one; the audit can change the order.
- The audit and your plan
- Ad account fixes
- The yearly upsell at checkout
- The switch-to-yearly offer for your monthly members
- The Black Friday yearly offer, ready for your emails
- New ads under way from your videos
- Edits to your landing page
- More new ads, including Black Friday ads to your warm audience
- A DM ad test
- A page test running
- An automatic switch-to-yearly email
- More gets done. 40 hours covers the audit and building the fixes in the same month, not one or the other.
- Timing. Month one ends right at Black Friday. Growth and Partner have room to get the yearly switch offer and the Black Friday offer ready in time; Basic doesn't.
- Month one is front-loaded. The audit and setup take most of it, so a bigger first month gets changes live sooner.
It's month to month, so you can step down to fewer hours after the holidays.
The hours are yours to point wherever they'll grow the business most, whether that's ads, landing pages, the yearly offer or your organic. The audit sets the first priorities and the weekly scorecard steers them after that.
Terms
- Month to month. No lock-in. You can change plans or stop any month; just tell me before the next month starts.
- Billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Pay by bank and save $20, $35 or $50 a month (Basic, Growth, Partner), or pay by card.
- Hours reset each month. Anything beyond them gets quoted and approved before I start.
Your pages and the tracking. Duplicating your page is fine, and the tracking runs on every page. Just keep your plan buttons as plain links to your Stripe checkout, and send me any new payment link so I can add it to the tracking.
Next steps
- Pick a plan below, sign, and pay the first month by bank or card.
- Kickoff call that week, and the audit starts.
- You send the details on your 10 programs, plus Klaviyo and ManyChat access and anything I still need in Meta.
