Thanks for the call today. Here's the proposal.
Like I said on the call, you've got a business that's ripe for scaling, and I have the skill set to help make that happen, especially with AI now. The audit comes first, then a plan you approve.
I'm totally flexible on the kind of work we do, whether that's more time on landing pages, ads or whatever it is. I'm here to help grow your business in the best way possible.
Each plan is a set number of hours a month, month to month. I'd go with Growth to start, for the reasons on the plans page.

Where your business can go
You've built something that sells. About 3 in 4 people who start a trial become paying members, and your content keeps bringing new people in. That's the hard part.
What's missing is a system around it. Right now the ads mostly reach people who already follow you, so they rise and fall with your posts. You said it yourself:
Here's where I think this can go:
With AI I can pull all your numbers together fast, so we keep testing and improving every week instead of guessing every few months. When the ads bring in members on their own, that's the point you said you'd feel comfortable raising your budget. That's what we'd be building toward.
Where I'd start
- Yearly. None of your 134 monthly members has ever switched to yearly. Right now there's no way for them to do it, so it's probably one of the quickest wins.
- Where the ads show. More than half your ad visitors come from Instagram Stories, where only 15 in 100 reach your prices.
How the monthly plan works
Every plan starts the same way, with a 1 to 1.5 week audit. It ends with a ranked plan you approve, so we start on the best focus first. From there the hours go wherever they'll grow the business most.
- Your Meta ad account, with Meta's own numbers: what each placement costs, the creatives, how often people see them, and how much the retargeting overlaps your followers
- Google Analytics and billing by source
- Your competitors' ads, funnels and yearly offers
- ManyChat and your Typeform quiz path, email capture, and your program pages
- Ad account fixes: where the ads show, and what Meta optimizes for
- A yearly path in Stripe: your upsell at checkout and a switch offer for monthly members
- New ads from your video library. You record the voiceovers.
- Website changes
- A weekly scorecard
- A small test to new audiences, so your ads bring in sales on their own
- Your 10 program pages: you duplicate your page, I check the tracking and send your quiz to the matching one
- A quiz on the site
- ManyChat improvements and DM ads
- An email popup for your search and Pinterest visitors
- Landing page tests
- Showing the coaching you already give members
Assumptions
- Kickoff is around Oct 27, and month one runs to Black Friday (Nov 27).
- You approve the plan and new ads within 2 business days.
- Anything for Black Friday that needs your voiceover or sign-off gets done before your Florida trip.
The three plans
Every plan is the same work: anything on the two lists above. What changes is how much of my time you get each month, and more hours means a cheaper hour. The audit decides what the hours go to first, so here's roughly how far each would likely get in month one.
- The audit and your plan
- Ad account fixes
- Your yearly upsell at checkout, live and tracked
- The switch-to-yearly offer for your monthly members
- New ads under way from your videos
- Edits to your landing page
- More new ads, including Black Friday ads to your warm audience
- A DM ad test
- A page test running
- More gets done. 40 hours covers the audit and building the fixes in the same month, not one or the other.
- Timing. Month one ends right at Black Friday. With 40 hours or more there's room to get the yearly switch offer live before then; with 20, the audit and ad fixes take most of the month.
- Month one is front-loaded. The audit and setup take most of it, so a bigger first month gets changes live sooner.
It's month to month, so you can step down to fewer hours after the holidays.
After month one, the hours keep going wherever they'll grow the business most: new ads, page tests, website changes, the yearly offer or your organic. I'm flexible on the mix, and the weekly scorecard steers it.
Terms
- Month to month. No lock-in. You can change plans or stop any month; just tell me before the next month starts.
- Billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Pay by bank and save $20, $35 or $50 a month (Basic, Growth, Partner), or pay by card.
- Hours reset each month. Anything beyond them gets quoted and approved before I start.
Your pages and the tracking. Duplicating your page is fine, and the tracking runs on every page. Just keep your plan buttons as plain links to your Stripe checkout, and send me any new payment link so I can add it to the tracking.
Next steps
- Pick a plan below, sign, and pay the first month by bank or card.
- Kickoff call that week, and the audit starts.
- You send the details on your 10 programs, plus ManyChat access and anything I still need in Meta.
